Vocational Training

a3 has received federal funding from the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA) to provide vocational training to two young Indigenous women from Halls Creek in WA.  This program came about as a result of the Girls from Oz activities in Halls Creek and will involve two young Indigenous women undertaking on the job training in both Halls Creek and Melbourne. This training and mentorship will enable these young women  to undertake leadership roles and positions of paid employment within their own community of Halls Creek upon their return.
